Recently refurbished first floor flat, in a block set in its own grounds off a pleasant tree lined street. Spacious double room with large in built wardrobes and plenty of draw space. Living room leads on to small terrace which benefits from the afternoon sun. 52" cable TV. Easy walk to town centre and railway station. I'm a professional guy who commutes daily to central London. I have been told I am laid back and easy to get on with. Looking for somebody similar who is friendly but enjoys their privacy too. I certainly see this as a flat share rather than Landlord and Lodger. I look forward to hearing from you.
