We have a large double partly furnished (Wardrobes and desk will stay if wanted) room to rent in a spacious split level 3 bedroom flat with a garden. The flat is part of a converted house and we have the top 2 Floors, there is a large shared lounge and great sized kitchen with all mod cons. There are currently 2 of us living here but there are 2 bathrooms and so there's never a mad dash in the mornings! There quiet and safe parking in the street opposite. The area itself is very nice and safe and has some nice country parks etc nearby. All bills are covered including broadband, gas, water and TV. The room is available now.

The Flat is located in a lovely area of Bickley Just outside Bromley and you can catch a bus into Bromley from the end of the road (the night bus from Trafalgar Square also stops here) and be there in 10 min. It has great transport links to central London with Bickley Station 35mins approx to Central London at the top of the road and Chislehurst station 10 mins away.

A little bit about us...we're Andy and Ryan. We're both friendly and easy to get on with. We sometimes hang out in the evenings...have a couple of drinks, watch films etc. the house is big enough though to have your own space when you want it. We both work pretty hard too.
