Double Room @ close to Grove Park Station £115/wk

I have a double room in a shared house 5min walking distance from Grove Park Train Station (Zone 4) for single working tenant only.

The frequency of train is 8-10 every hour during peak time and goes to London Cannon Street or London Charing Cross via London Bridge. Both Tesco and Sainsburys are very close and The Glades Shopping Centre is about 10-15mins away by bus.

The rent of double room is £115 which includes all bills (water, gas, electricity and unlimited fibre optic broadband). The room is furnished and comes with bed (inc mattress), side table, wardrobe, small study table.

Unfortunately there is street parking only and have to take permit from the council to park in weekdays (no restriction in off-peak/ weekend).
