Yep, that’s right. We won first prize from spareroom. co. uk for having the best room advertised in a video. Since then we’ve completely refurbished the house with a new bathroom, new kitchen, full repaint and lots of funky lights.

We aim for luxury, having a regular gardener and cleaner.

Room - The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, cupboard, draws and of course the double bed.

Rent - includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, TV, broadband connection and phone line rental),

The House - Is big! With a huge south facing garden so gets plenty of sun. There's a modern kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, new washing machine etc, and plenty of cupboards so we can all have our own stuff. Our bathroom features a Twin Head Power Shower and Jacuzzi Whirlpool Tub, and is the flagship bathroom on the bromley tiling company uk internet front page.

Location - Bromley, south east london. Easy travel to West Wickham, Shortlands, Beckenham and Croydon. Just 10 mins walk / 2 mins bus from town centre and Hayes / Bromley South train stations, regular fast services taking just 15 minutes to Victoria, Blackfriars & London Bridge. Ideal for commuting to Lewisham, Docklands, Green Park, Oxford Circus, Westminster, Kensington, Pimlico and Vauxhall. Much quicker than from say bethnal green, and much nicer area too.

Clean and friendly non-smoking professionals only please. Female preferred as we have one female housemate and 2 guys, so would like to keep a balance.
