A nice single room for single occupancy only, in a quiet 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms ,Family house tidy and very clean house.

THE ROOM IS FOR A WORKING PROFESSIONAL ,WHO HAVE THEIR OWN HOUSE TO GO BACK FOR THE WEEKEND, WHO NEED THE ROOM JUST FOR
MOMDAY EVENING TO FRIDAY MORNING ONLY.
BECAUSE AS A FAMILY WE NEED THE HOUSE DURING THE
WEEKENDS. SORRY ABOUT IT.

PLEASE NOTE: this room have private walking- in shower (not ensuite)
No need for queue to use the toilet and showering in the morning.

Looking for one perfect lodger, need to be very organised, clean and tidy at all time.
( I DO THE HOUSE CLEANING MYSELF INCLUDED THE ROOM ).

LOOKING FOR A QUITE PROFESSIONAL, WHO DOESN’T TAKE FRIENDS or GIRL FRIENDS Home. IF YOU NEED A SAFE PLACE TO SLEEP, YOU MAY LIKE THIS HOUSE.

YOU will need 2 weeks (£240) deposit plus 1 week rent £120, total of £360 if you prefer to pay per week. Thanks

The person who will take the room will need to have all this papers:
PROVE OF IDENTIFICATION (PASSPORT), (PROVE OF EMPLOYMENT) or University letter
