I am a 49 year old lawyer. I am looking for one tenant/lodger to house share with me and another two housemates.
The room is a very good size double bedroom with an ensuite. The rent is £1,000 per calendar month all inclusive of bills.
The house has undergone extensive renovation and has had a new boiler, new radiators, new plumbing, new electrics, new doors, new skirting boards, new kitchen, new showers/bathroom etc.
Given I know it is difficult putting together a deposit, I am not asking for one. I do however require a reference from your previous landlord and proof of income.
It is a very large house with storage space which gives everyone plenty of space and privacy.
I am extremely fair and reasonable and expect the same.
The house is in a great location with a five minute walk to Bromley South station and eight minutes to Bromley intu shopping centre.
I don't smoke or drink and hygiene is important to me. You must be a non-smoker and pets aren't welcome I'm afraid (although I am an animal lover!).
Working from home for one day a week is fine but no more than that I'm afraid.
The room is available until around April 2026.
