Come and join our friendly house share :D We were awarded the best room advertised by spare room even before we had a complete refurb. With smart voice controlled heating, TV and speakers, a robot hoover, robot mower, massage chair, and lights that also support your natural sleep schedule, turn on when you approach, or can be set to any colour you choose, we have everything you could wish for.

We also have security cameras for your peace of mind, a smart lock so you don't need to worry about remembering / loosing your keys, and you can respond to the doorbell when out. The rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, TV, broadband connection and phone line rental).

Our garden has lots of birds, squirrels, flowers, fresh fruit and herbs which are watered automatically.

Your room is fully furnished with a luxury double mattress having both memory foam and microfibre topping for better sleep, protected for your hygiene.

We're between Bromley South station which has regular trains to Victoria taking just 17 minutes, and Hayes station which services East London.

Our road has 24 hour free, no permit parking throughout having the highest park in Bromley at the end, with views spanning the valley.
