Single Room with Additional Private Sitting Room

a small but perfectly formed bedroom with additional large and attractive sitting room/study in a friendly family home. Our house is on a beautiful, quiet road with lovely neighbours, a stones throw from the countryside and two lovely traditional pubs, yet only ten minutes by bus from Bromley South, Hayes, Orpington, and Chislehurst stations. We have a lovely ,secluded garden, and attractive sitting room, dining room, consservatory and well appointed kitchen. We are looking for someone friendly and sensible to share our space with. We are frequently away from home during the week and only home at weekends so you would have the place to yourself a lot. We would therefore expect you to care for our home as we do, and respect the peace and tranquility of our house and our street. We hope you will share our interest in the arts but this isn't essential. We are ideally placed for the Hospital and would be happy to let the rooms to a nurse or other medical professional.
