The room comes with a standard single bed, shelving storage and Tv. Small wardrobe space available on landing so would probably suit a male better, for that reason.
We are a mature, respectful, VERY QUIET house, clean and tidy, so would like a suitable, quiet, tidy person who enjoys a quiet and private environment.
Shared bath room. House is cleaned daily.
No shared living room. This is for room only.
We do have dogs in the house, kept downstairs, so a dog lover preferred.
Non-smoker essential
Location is 2 minutes' walk to the bus garage. 10/15 mins to either Bromley or Orpington stations, which go directly to london
