We have a fully furnished, ground-floor double room available from December 1st, 2024. The room is thoughtfully equipped with a comfy double bed, and mattress, a chest of drawers, and a spacious wardrobe.

Located in BR2 8ER, just off Bromley Common, this home offers excellent accessibility to both the Princess Royal Hospital in one direction and Bromley Town Centre in the other, with no parking restrictions.

The rent covers all your bills, including lightning-fast Virgin Superfast Broadband, ensuring no hidden costs or referencing fees.

Our household is a welcoming and friendly one, and we're looking for someone who will contribute positively, where you can socialise with the housemates or enjoy your personal space. Please note that this is not a party house; all housemates deeply respect each other's need for peace. We are the live-in landlord, with 4 other tenants. We also have a friendly and cuddly cat named Rupert, so cat lovers are more than welcome!

Your room, located on the ground floor, offers access to both a ground-floor and first-floor shower and toilet.

The kitchen is a spacious and well-equipped area with a breakfast bar, blender, air fryer, washing machine, dryer and all the essential appliances. Safety is paramount, with a hardwired smoke alarm system and outdoor CCTV ensuring your security.

Our large garden area includes both a patio and a grassy section, leading to an outbuilding housing a fully-equipped gym. The gym features commercial-grade equipment, including a treadmill, rowing machine, air bike, ski machine, and a vast selection of weights.

The lounge area offers a comfortable space with large sofas and a massive 65-inch 3D television, complete with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other channels. There are lots of books and board games too for use of the house.

Smokers are welcome, but please note that smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home.

There is plenty of parking, with one space available for tenants on the drive or safe, unrestricted parking on the bays opposite.
