Double Room between Burnt Oak and Edgware

Room Available for Female Working Professional from July 1st

£650 per month, bills included. No deposit required!

We are looking for a female working professional to join our home. This is not a typical sublet – my friend and I own the house together, so you can be assured of a reliable and welcoming environment.

Key Details:

Rent: £650 per month, inclusive of all bills.

Contract: Minimum 3-month rolling contract with the possibility to stay longer. Furniture in the room is a mix match of what has been left over the years, includes a big wardrobe and chest of drawers and currently a white desk which is quite chunky (not pictured). The bed has storage underneath and is a good fit for the room; all other furniture is open to change if staying long term (at your own expense!)

Location: Equidistant from Burnt Oak and Edgware stations (10-15 minutes walk). Burnt Oak is in a cheaper travel zone, making it our preferred tube station, but we often shop in Edgware (Sainsbury's, Lidl, Iceland, Superdrug, etc.).

Transport: Northern line, 20 minutes to Camden, providing easy access to Tottenham Court Road.

About Us:
Sarah: Works in television, British.
Rachael: Also works in television, British/Maltese, and runs a skateboard community interest company with her partner, Aurore.
Aurore: French, shares a room with Rachael, works as a visual merchandiser and supporting actress.
We enjoy occasional TV series or Netflix nights, karaoke or board game evenings for special occasions, but overall, the house is fairly quiet with some social interaction.

Gas (with a daily heating limit)
Even toilet paper!

Important Note:
We prefer someone who does not work from home to maintain a quiet and home-focused environment. Female is a definite, but being vegetarian is not a strict requirement.

The rent is fixed at £650 per month, including bills, until January 1st, 2025.
