Friendly house with female housemates

Hi,

I have a single room in a three-bedroom house, where I live, with one girl and my two little dogs.

We are looking for one female housemate who is dog-friendly and quiet.

We don't have overnight visitors and are professionals.

The house is within walking distance of Burnt Oak tube station (5min) and Colindale tube station (12min)

Its a house, with a garden and two parks across the road.

House is clean and well kept, large garden, large kitchen with
three fridges, you can have your own.

I am looking for a respectful, quiet, clean individual who likes dogs as I have two small dogs in the house. I don't allow visitors at the house, unless they are family members and no over night visitors.

The rent includes all bills and Internet.

Transport:
- 5 minutes walk to Burnt Oak tube station, which is on the northern line and 25 minutes from Euston or Kings Cross.

- 17 minutes walk to Colindale tube station

Shopping :
- 5 minute walk to the massive Asda, Morrison, oriental supermarket and tesco express.

- There is a Oriental food hall called Bang Bang, 5 minute walk
