Friendly female housemates

Hi and welcome to our advert :)

We (two girls and two pomeranians) have a single room in a three-bedroom house and are looking for another house mate, who is clean, quiet and likes dogs.

We don't have overnight visitors and are professionals, more on the nerdy side.

---House---
Single room, with desk, two wardrobes, single bed, storage under the bed. You will have your own fridge/freezer in the kitchen. Large kitchen and living room, with spacious garden.

----Cleaning---
Weekly cleaning included in rent

Addition charge of £30 a month

The house is a 5 minute walki to Burnt Oak tube station and 12 minutes walk to Colindale tube station.

Burnt Oak high street has plenty of fish mongers, bakeries, butchers, fresh grocers. Five minutes walk from the house is Morrisions, Asda, M&S, Aldi and more!

Bang Bang Oriental foodhall (Asian food), Lun Fung (asian supermarket), Whale Bakery (Asian), Chaii and Spice, plus Colindale has plenty more, Brent Cross Shopping Centre is 10 min on the bus.
