The house is in a great location right next to a big park and leisure centre, and less than a 10 minute walk to Burnt Oak tube station, with a bus station right outside the house. There is a driveway at the front and a big back garden with lawn and patio at the back. There is a lovely open plan kitchen/ diner/ living room which is all fully furnished.
The bills are separate and come to approx. £100 per person per month (council tax band D). You would be sharing with two other people who work in schools local to the area and are lovely and laid back.
