One room remaining in House in Burnt Oak

We are now looking for one additional professional housemate to move into a 4 bedroom shared house. One room is available as the other has been taken.

The current housemates are professional and open-minded friendly/sociable people.

Our home is located 5 minutes walk from Burnt Oak station on a quiet residential street. The house includes free parking for two cars, which we currently do not use, as well as a large garden.

Both rooms are bright and spacious and double rooms in a quiet house in Burnt Oak in travel zone 4, located conveniently between Edgware and Mill Hill for shopping and close to parks and other local amenities. Both rooms are partially furnished.

The bathroom includes seperate bath and shower cubicle. We also have a tumble dryer, enabling you to have your laundry cupboard dry within an hour.

The rent is £745 per calendar month and includes bills and Internet. We would also require a 1 month deposit of £745.
