We have a box room available to let for a single person. This is a family home. The house is recently refurbished and is very clean, quiet, non smoking and pet free house. It is situated in a quiet residential area and not far from the Montrose park for morning and evening walks. In between 2 tube stations. 8 minutes walk to both Burnt oak and Colindale stations. 2 minutes walk to the bus stops. Close to the Middlesex University and other supermarkets: Asda, Morrison, Marks & Spencer, Aldi.
Shared bathroom and kitchen. We have 2 toilets in the house. High speed wifi, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave included.
