Single Room in cosy home

Our home is a lively space. You will share with myself a nurse and my daughter who is studying for her A-levels is there every other week. You will also share it with our 2 cats who are a year old, black and very shy. It occasionally gets loud when Ireland are playing rugby but we respect each others space.

We like to say hello and ask how your day or week is going and are happy to share the occasional meal. However we do not wish to intrude so will be happy to chat or not. We have had a vegetarian and peanut allergy sufferer as lodgers in the past very successfully.

You will have full use of the kitchen, dining room and a shared bathroom with shower and bath. The WIFI is BT broadband and is included as are all the bills in the rent. We are a non- smoking home and would appreciate if you would not smoke or vape.

This is a single room with a desk storage, toaster, kettle and small fridge. There is a new single mattress and topper in a plain room. We are happy for you to add your style and imprint to make this your space. We will not be providing bed linen or towels. You will have access to a full kitchen and we are happy to share spices and oils.

Ideally you will keep your room clean however the space is yours and we will not intrude. We try to keep the shared spaces clean so ask that you also fill and empty the dishwasher or handwash your dishes.

The garden is pretty and backs on to Watling Park. The local shops are about 5mins walk away and are a mix of Co-op and Londis(post office) as well as a very good Persian local shop. All of the delivery services will deliver as well if required If you are keen Bang Bang is a short bus ride away in Colindale where all the local supermarkets have large stores. Mill Hill Broadway is a short walk/bus ride if you are feeling lazy away and has many nice cafes and restaurants

The tube is a short 10 min walk away the nearest station being Burnt Oak the nearest train station is Mill Hill Broadway approx 10-12 mins walk away. We also have an off street parking space available however we are in the ULEZ. It is a short journey by public transport approx 30mins into central London and we can often help with things to do if you need some advice.
