The house has separate lounge, dinning room, kitchen and a brand new bathroom. The garden has a shed for storage, a veg patch, a chiminea for summer nights and is west-facing for a great sunset. If you have green fingers, you are welcome to get stuck in!
The room is at the back of the house so is lovely and quiet and comes furnished with a double bed, shelving and wardrobe. I am happy for you to personalise it with pictures etc.
The deposit is £1800.
Rent is £1800 per month that covers ALL BILLS including 200mbps+ super fast internet, Council tax, Gas, Electricity, Water
I am looking for a housemate for a minimum of 2 months, with one month notice period.
