Room in newly renovated house with garden

I am looking for a flatmate to fill a double room in my newly renovated semi-detached house in Chadwell Heath, East London on the border of Essex. It’s on the Elizabeth Line so usually 55mins or less to common central or east London work locations (see below). It’s a short bus ride to Hainault Park and there’s a large Sainsbury’s 15mins walk away. There’s also access via bus to District or Central line if there’s ever a strike etc.

There is a spacious bathroom, separate downstairs loo, large open living room and dining room, garden with dining table and newly renovated kitchen. There’s no driveway but parking is free on the street. Bills apart from energy included (Band C council tax included and energy varies through the year)

The room is a double room (3.11m x 3.46m) with a large window, usb plugs and wooden floors. I will be adding in one more photo when cleared out in the next few weeks. Currently unfurnished but am flexible if you need it furnished I can provide a desk and bed. Ideally I would like a similar age female who is a working professional. Someone clean and tidy and respectful, pets considered.

I am a 38 year old Hair and Makeup artist and Reiki practitioner, I love gardening and cooking and rarely drink but am social. I also work up to 6 days a week but enjoy my downtime to relax watching TV or being outside.

-It’s a short 5-10min bus/15min walk to Chadwell Heath station on the Elizabeth Line.

- To Farringdon or Liverpool St it’s 50mins
-To central London 55mins to Tottenham Court Rd
- To east London 55mins to Dalston Junction.
- To Canary Wharf it’s 57mins
