Hi I am the current tenant for this bedroom. Because the change of my job I have to move to Birmingham, so I need to re-let this room to another girl in January. The contract ends 2nd September 2025

This house has 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. My room is a double bed one, which is about 10 square meters ish. It is the only room in the ground floor with a huge window, next to the kitchen. But the door is good it's fine while cooking.

1 mins walk from Chadwell Heath station. Takes less than 30 mins to go to liverpool street.
Lidl, Iceland and home bargains are 8 mins walk

Price: 598.5 pcm
Deposit: One month rent
Bills are not included, which end up to be 100 quid ish

So the total amount will be around 750 quid pcm (including the tax and wifi

My roommates are three lovely and friendly Indian girls, we all just graduate from King's College London, and they studied Medicine related subjects before. They are looking for someone who is ideally also a new grad, going to apply for or already in a graduate visa, looking for a job. Students and professionals are also welcomed. Nationality doesn't matter, but you will get along with them well if you are also from their background.
