Furnished Double room Chadwell Health

This lovely room is only a short walk from Chadwell Heath station on the Elizabeth line and has good connections by bus. It is very spacious with a big bay window for lots of natural light. It comes furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes and a wooden shoe rack.
The house has a lovely garden and a big kitchen with all the amenities.

Ideally we would be looking for a fellow Ukrainian speaker as it is a Ukrainian household, just to make things easier in terms of communication.

What can I expect living in this house?

Value peacefulness and cleanliness, cleaning up afetr yourself and following the rota for shared space cleaning.
As there is a child in the house, you will be able to have guests over during the day but not to stay overnight.

£170/week, exc bills which are paid monthly.
