2 Bedrooms Available in Spacious 3 Bedroom House

I will be moving out of a super clean and spacious house on January 18th and am looking for someone to replace me ASAP! 😊

What's included:

The house is owned by my friend who also acts as the landlord. Super duper nice girl! The room is technically available from the 18th, but flexible on move in date (going into February).

There are 2 bedrooms free, a bigger one for £1400/month and a smaller one for £1000/month. Both with all bills included.
The smaller room has witnessed a storage closet previously, so that will fit. The bigger room has one built in.

PS: There's a flat screen TV in storage that you can put in your room if you wish!

It's a whole house, and in addition to the 2 free rooms, it comes with a big living room, kitchen + dining area, backyard, 2 bathrooms, washing machine/fridge room, and a loft (+ a bedroom and office which are occupied).

My housemate has 3 lovely cats that come in and out of the house (not your responsibility but nice to hang around!).

Location:

The house is located in Chadwell Heath, with a 5min walk to the Elizabeth Line station. 5-10min walk to all the big chains such as Lidl, Asda, Tesco, Sainbury's, Morrisons etc.

In terms of commuting, I work in an office next to Oxford Circus and it's 45-50min door to door even when it's busy. Chadwell Heath looks far on the map but we have the Elizabeth Line to thank for fast commutes haha.

The minimum contract is 6 months, but possible to extend for longer! Perfect if you don't want to commit for too long, but nice if you do want to stay longer.

What we're looking for:

Someone who is tidy and respects the obvious house sharing responsibilities. As the house comes with cats make sure you're not allergic and respectful! 😊
