I have a fair size double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a divan bed with storage drawers. Owner residing household in a clean and tidy ground floor flat.

Train station and most amenities / shopping high street ect are about 8-10 mins walk away. Bus stop right opposite the flat.

All bills included. Large kitchen with the use of dining table, cupboards, fridge freezer, cooker, toaster ect and smart TV with Netflix (available to share / use in the kitchen)

Looking for preferably an employed/ working individual or a student. Working couples will be considered.

One month deposit is required.
