Cosy rooms available over Winter

The room:
Large bedrooms in peaceful home, one overlooking big luscious garden and the other with a decorative fireplace feature. Both rooms have their own character. Includes beds, carpeted floors and wardrobe/drawers of some kind for storage.

The house:
Enclosed front porch (safe for deliveries), huge forest-y garden with blackberries growing during their seasons, cabin at back of garden with punch bag inside, double front driveway, loft with lots of storage space, two toilets in house, massive bathtub, not yet wheelchair accessible but this will change.

Ideal subletter:
- QPOC, late-20s onwards, politically aware and/or active
- Enjoys being around music, spirituality, nature and community building
- Attentive to their home space, dedicating time and energy to caring for and proactively cleaning it
- Lovingly communicative, responsible and accountable
- Works consciously on self (including an awareness of and effort towards decolonising their mind and dismantling internalised racism, classism, patriarchy, transphobia etc).
- Actively boycotts products on the BDS list (we have banned products that support genocide in our home)
