Double bedroom in spacious house

I am looking for a lodger to fill a double room in my renovated semi-detached house in Chadwell Heath, East London on the border of Essex. The room is available for a minimum of 3 months up to 4 months maximum, available from the end of May to the end of August or September.

There is a spacious bathroom, separate downstairs loo, large open living room and dining room, garden with dining table and recently renovated kitchen. There’s no driveway but parking is available to purchase for residents on the street with the council. Bills apart from energy included (£71 each per month).

The room is a double room (3.11m x 3.46m) with a large window, usb plugs and wooden floors. Offered semi-furnished, with a large set of wardrobes, a bedside table with lamp, and a double bed base (mattress not included). Ideally I would like a similar age female (may consider non female) who is a working professional. Someone clean, quiet, tidy and respectful of the home and each other. Pets considered but may incur extra deposit.

I am a 40 year old Hair and Makeup artist and energy practitioner, I love gardening and cooking, rarely drink but am social. I work freelance with varying hours, am a morning person, and enjoy my downtime by meditating, watching TV or being outside. I have friends around occasionally, and would prefer someone who has a somewhat similar lifestyle, values and schedule.

Travel:
It’s on the Elizabeth Line (travel times below). It’s a short bus ride to Hainault Park which is great for forest walks, a large Sainsbury’s and shops 15mins walk away. There’s also access via bus to either the District or Central line if there’s ever a strike etc.
-It’s a short 5-10min bus/15min walk to Chadwell Heath station on the Elizabeth Line.
