Also, a hard working english professional is living in one of the room.
Bathroom and kitchen are shared, kept very clean and tidy, there is a huge TV in the living room.
This would suit professionals, quiet, clean, respectful and tidy people, possibly someone Eastern European like ourselves.
The rent includes all bills: gas, water, electricity, TV Licence, and high speed internet.
