Single furnished room to let in Chadwell Heath within easy walking distance to mainline station. High Street (with expected local amenities) is 2 mins walk away and excellent transport links to Ilford and beyond. Road is quiet. Looking for a quiet individual who respects privacy and is very clean and tidy. This is not a party household and someone would have to abide with a halal code in terms of food and drink. Smoking will not be tolerated in or on the property. Apart from myself, there is my son. We are only at the property in the evenings due to work/ school. The main bathroom will be shared with my son.
