The room is fully furnished with queen sized bed with under-bed storage, a side table, two sets of drawers, and a wardrobe. There is space to put a desk if needed.

Although the use of the bathroom is shared, you will have most use out of it.

The kitchen has a 6-ring gas hob. The south-facing garden is large and is a very relaxing environment to be in.

A short 2-3min walk there is a parade of shops with many different amenities, as well as a regular bus service to Orpington station (approx 10mins) and town centre (approx. 15mins) Chelsfield station is a 5min walk with trains to and from London Bridge in <20mins. J4 of the M25 is 5mins drive away.
