Double room to let for single person.

I’m looking to rent a room in my home to a student or professional. The location is quiet and there is a lovely bridal path that runs along the back of the property which gives you access to a large field for plenty of walking opportunities. I would like someone who is clean and tidy and easy going. I do work shifts but as I said I mostly stay with my boyfriend. I have a huge garden and you would be provided with a parking space in front of my garage if you drive or if you prefer to cycle the garage is secure for you to store your bike.
