Large loft room with en suite and own kitchen

The room and en suite is located on the second floor of our house, so you’ll have the entire top floor to yourself. We are a busy young welcoming family (LGBT friendly) with 2 lovely pet dogs (who will make it their mission to be your friend!), looking for a female lodger to stay in our spacious loft room.. Our last lodger is sadly moving out to spend time with their elderly parents, hence us now needing to look for a new lodger.

The room has an en-suite and comes with a newly fitted kitchen that includes a washing machine, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and clothes airer. This room is the perfect set up for someone who also needs somewhere to work from home/study. Not applicable if you are a tap dancer.

All bills are included in the monthly cost. We have fibre broadband and can receive speeds of approximately 50Mbps.

There is plenty on onstreet parking avaialble and Chessington North station is a 5 minute walk away.
