Helpful Housemate Wanted

Hello,

There is 1 double room available in Chessington on the ground floor of a 3 bedroom house.

You will be sharing the house with my Mum and occasionally me (I visit once a week). She is a widow in her mid 60's and is Turkish Cypriot, occasionally she has anxiety and would benefit from a peaceful, friendly housemate who doesn't come home late.

This is an advert for a helpful housemate who would be able to spend time with my Mum, approximately 10 hours a week for a reduced rate on the room. Preferably you would have a car and could take her food shopping, eat meals together etc.

There is a shared garden, living room, bathroom, kitchen and a driveway.

Tolworth train station is a 15 minute walk away.
The nearest bus stop is an 8 minute walk away, buses go to Surbiton, Kingston and Chessington.

Bills such as gas, electric and water are not included.
