Room in quiet area (either 2 nights or short term)

I am looking to rent out the small bedroom to someone looking for a place to stay for 1/2 nights per week.

For example, someone who commutes into central London but works from their own home most days. Less than a 20 minute walk to Chessington North train station with direct trains to Waterloo.

Alternatively, I would consider a short-term tenant, for example someone on a work secondment / work experience.

I work shifts as a paramedic, so a tenant would need to be considerate to any early morning starts I have, but other than that I would want them to feel relaxed and comfortable in the home. A tenant can make use of the kitchen, both bathrooms, garden, dining area and living room. There is also a garage if required.

All bills are included, including WiFi. £200 pcm for 1 night, £300 pcm for 2 nights. Short term contract of 7 nights per week to be discussed.

The bedroom consists of an IKEA single bed, John Lewis mattress, IKEA wardrobe and IKEA chest of drawers. They were all assembled earlier today (27 Feb) and the mattress is brand new.

There is unrestricted parking on the road and neighbouring roads. It is limited but adjoining roads will have spaces.

References are required and we would need to meet in person before viewing the property. I am flexible with the move-in date.

I am not in any rush and would happily wait for the right person.
