Newly furnished room - NHS/shift worker preferred

The property is located less than a 20 minute walk to Chessington North train station with direct trains to Waterloo. Tolworth hospital is nearby, as well as stations for ambulance, police, and the fire brigade.

I work shifts as a paramedic, so a tenant would need to be considerate to any early morning starts I have, but other than that I would want them to feel relaxed and comfortable in the home. A tenant can make use of the kitchen, both bathrooms, garden, dining area and living room.

All bills are included, including WiFi.

The bedroom consists of an IKEA bed frame, John Lewis mattress and IKEA wardrobe. There is built in shelving behind the door too.

There is unrestricted parking on the road and neighbouring roads. It is limited but adjoining roads will have spaces.

References are required and we would need to meet in person before viewing the property. I am flexible with the move-in date.
