The room is on the ground floor, suitable for single occupant. Students are welcome. There are 2 Bathrooms in the house and one of them is next to the room. We are OK with the lodger using our Kitchen and washing machine and tumble drier. The room has an Air conditioning and very comfortable during the hot weather. It is double glazed and central heated for the Winter. Very clean and quiet house. All bills are included and there is a very fast internet provided.
