I’ve lived here for a long time and really value a relaxed, genuine home environment. I’m looking for someone respectful, tidy, and easygoing to join the house—someone who appreciates a peaceful place to live.

The house is a spacious three-bedroom property with a large kitchen and a comfortable living room, so there is plenty of space to move around without feeling on top of each other. The available room is the second largest in the house; it’s bright, welcoming, and comes furnished with the essentials. I’m happy to be flexible if you have your own furniture you’d like to bring.

The rent includes high-speed WiFi and access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney plus in the shared living space.

The location is excellent. We are less than a minute’s walk from Chessington North station for direct trains to Waterloo, Vauxhall, and Clapham Junction. Right on our doorstep is a great parade of shops with a Sainsbury’s Local, Morrisons, and a local cafe, as well as some lovely newly opened artisan bakeries and a few good pubs. Despite being so close to everything, the road itself is very quiet.

The room is available immediately from 01/01/2026, with flexibility on a move in date and time. I’m also happy to consider Monday to Friday or fixed-day arrangements at an adjusted rate for those needing a part-time base.
