Lovely double room to let all bills included

Hi,

My name is David.

I have 2 double rooms (for single occupancy) to let in my home in Hook/Chessington.

The house is a 4 bedroom house with 2 reception rooms. The kitchen, bathroom and 2nd reception are shared and you will have access to the garden, where you may smoke and scrump apples, pears and rasberries! There is no smoking in the house. I let a maximum of 2 rooms so bathroom competition has never been an issue.

The shared dining room has cable TV and an xbox which is mainly used for streaming TV but you are welcome to play games on it if you wish! There is wifi throughout the house, a large kitchen with all the amenities including washing machine, dishwasher microwave, wok burner, double oven and grill, bread machine, coffee machine etc etc

There is permit free on-street parking for cars and I can provide secure parking for 2 wheelers.

I have a small double room, to let furnished. At the front of the house it is really nice and sunny and has a large built in cupboard, awful decor, a double divan bed with storage and a double wardrobe. (if you have your own furniture that's OK as I can store mine)
At the rear I have another double bedroom slightly larger and with even more storage and better decor overlooking the garden.

There is a cat who also lives here and she retains final veto on prospective tennants. She has already been clear about her objection to other cats and dogs. Other than this she is generally very aminable and clean and likes humans, especially ones that are up for the occasional cuddle!

My ideal lodgers would be relaxed, professional male or female, able to hang out and chat whilst respecting each other's privacy and capable of cleaning up after themselves! A sense of humour would be most welcome!
