Large room newly painted and wallpapered, double bed, desk with chair, fridge, tv, pine 3 door wardrobe and pine chest of drawers fitted carpet. Broadband. ,Dining room and kitchen being refitted at this time, kitchen already completed. I work 4 days a week and my present lodger has moved because of working in theatre land. There are bus stops for 71 K4 465 within 3/4 minutes from house, Lidl is 5 minutes down the road plus we have shops at Hook Parade and North Parade. Bathroom recently updated with washing machine and dryer, so have a lovely shower and bath! Separate toilet for lodger use only. Towels and bedding also bed linen supplied if required.
