The household is currently occupied by two adults, the children have moved out, but often visit on the weekends with some grandkids occasionally visiting in the evenings (hence the lower price). There is a shower room opposite the tenant’s room available for use. The kitchen, driveway, garden and garage (storage only, not for car use) is also available to use.

All utilities and bills are included in the rent price; electricity, heating, water, 1GB super fast broadband and council tax. The washing machine and dryer can also be used.

Located on Leatherhead Road, it is a couple minutes walk to bus stops for 71, 465, K4, 467 and 5 minutes walk to Chessington South station. There is also a Lidl one minute walk away.
