You will have use of the conservatory, kitchen, lounge and garden. There is also a washing machine, tumble drier and dish washer. We have high speed Virgin WiFi (350mbs). Parking outside the house is available.

This is a 4 bedroom house, The first floor master bedroom and ensuite is occupied by myself . I am offering a first floor double bedroom which has double fitted wardrobes and fitted shelving. You will also have almost sole use of the bathroom except for weekends & 50% of school holidays when my 5 year old son comes to stay. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
