Hello there,
I have a furnished double bedroom available in my house which is located in a quiet area in North London within 4 minutes walk of Oakwood tube station on the Piccadilly line.
The bedroom is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, armchair, etc.

The room is located on the 1st floor. The lodger will have his/her own shower and toilet.
The house is of ample size with 4 toilets and 3 showers altogether. The living & dining rooms, kitchen and utility room are communal areas to be shared with one other professional tenant. The house is well-looked after and we have a regular cleaner for the communal areas.
The utility room is provided with Washing machine, Tumble dryer an electrically heated drying rail, steam iron and ironing board.
Am looking for a professional as a lodger.
For couples the rent would be £950 PCM. An additional smaller room can be provided to a couple.
Any professional willing to rent the room for less than 6 months the rent would be £900 PCM.
The property is very close to shopping, amenities and variety of restaurants in Cockfosters, Oakwood and Southgate. The Trent country park is within 10 Min walk from the house.
The house has drive way parking space.
