Top floor of semi-detached house available to rent, ideally for a single professional. Includes 2 rooms, with own shower and sink.

The house has a beautiful and well-maintained garden, a lovely kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious conservatory, living room, a small spare bedroom, shared bathroom and separate toilet/laundry room! There is on-street parking available, no permit required.

We are about 5 minutes walk away from Cockfosters tube station, 10 minutes walk from Trent Park, as well as plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.

The rooms will be part furnished, as a lot of the furniture in the photos will be taken away when my current housemate moves. However there should be a chest of drawers, large wardrobe, and a double bed. Our current housemate who will be moving out, has the rooms set up as a bedroom and then a separate living area/home office. The photos of the rooms are from before our current housemate moved in, so rooms are slightly differently furnished atm. Needs to be seen to appreciate fully tbh.

All bills included in the rent and I do try and make sure that we pay as little as possible reflecting the current prices of utilities. Landlord is very laid back and doesn’t show up unannounced, all communication goes through me usually.

There are only 3 other tenants living in the property - a couple and a single male. we all pretty much occupy a floor each. We are all busy professionals but we do like to get together and spend time together once in a while. As such, we would be ideally looking for someone who’d also be interested in socialising with us at times but would then be equally happy to spend the odd evening in their own company. I work at a hospital in central London, my boyfriend mostly works from home but goes into the office a couple of times a week and our other housemate spends long periods of time away from the house but other times will also work from home.

We would welcome a well behaved cat in the house, unfortunately no dogs allowed by landlord.
