A lovely double bedroom in a clean, warm, cosy 5 bedroom home situated at the end of a close and in a gated community of just 3 houses. 3 toilets/bath, separate dining room, beautiful park next door and 3 minutes walk to local amenities.

We live there intermittently as we have other homes, and travel a lot….so you will enjoy some peace and serenity. We are not looking for other lodgers.

Looking for a professional who likes a quiet, friendly atmosphere to relax in and a picturesque garden with state of the art pool table and games/music room in the loft. You will also have your own private parking space with key fob for electric gate.

Room is for single occupancy only. There is a gentle and lovely pet dog (Lily) on the premises.
