Room to rent

At the moment room to rent set up as single with single bed however can be changed and have a double bed , has its own fridge in the room , on the ground floor , shared bathroom (big size bathroom) the room size is 2.7m x 3m , also we have another room inch is double bedroom and at the moment occupied but can make it available with reasonable notice , the room has the wardrobe , table , 2 chairs , double bed, shared bathroom , the room size is 3.6m x 3m large room , the bathroom sharing will most be with another person leaving next room , as the rest of family will be using upstairs bathroom ,we have a detached house very spacious , the kitchen is upgraded to modern standard , there is free parking on the street but we can’t offer drive way parking , text me for any inquiry I have left it out , the double room price range is £950 including bills , ask anything else thank you .
