A large Fridge Freezer space is shared between 3 people. Though that might change, you might have your own small fridge. Both are in the kicthen.
There will be an EV charger fitted in the new year. Which will be available on the drive. Though I am looking getting a meter.

There is a large locked shed for outdoor equipment, bikes ect. With a back gate for easier access.
