The house is a licensed HMO. With all the certificates.
There is a large locked shed for outdoor equipment, bikes ect. With a back gate for easier access.
The room is a double room, with one wardrobe, tall boy, 1st floor.
All bills are paid, WiFi, including washing up liquid, toilet, kitchen, paper, soap, bin bags. Cleaning products.
Washer & dryer included. Toilet & kitchen paper provided.
The house benefits from front & rear garden. Driveway for two cars, parking around with no CPZs.
There is cleaner Gemma who will clean the communal areas. Every other week.
