There currently three people who live here. When every room is rented. You are allowed to havepartners ect to stay. But 3 nights a week. As I don’t want to be in breach of my license, sorry. They are a friendly bunch they want like minded professional people.

The room is 16.9 foot by 9.4 foot

All bills are paid, including washing up liquid, toilet, kitchen, paper, soap, bin bags. Cleaning products.

Washer & dryer included. Toilet & kitchen paper provided. With washing up liquid, bin bags & cleaning goods. .

There is a cat in the house. His name is Max, he will love you if you feed him. Then that’s it.

The house benefits from front & rear garden. Driveway for two cars, parking around with no CPZs.

There is cleaner Gemma who will clean the communal areas. Every other week.

Bedroom has double bed, chest of drawers, small side chest, cupboards, desk. Plus it’s own shower.

The room is available as I held it for a friend. Who was having some trouble with his partner. But they are back together know.

The room will benefit from new carpet & Lino around the shower. Plus will be cleaned top to bottom.

You will have your own fridge & Freezer space. Plus your own kitchen cupboard. The house has two communal areas. Plus garden.

situated in a quiet location close to amenities. Conveniently located between Uxbridge Underground station (2 miles-actual route) and West Drayton Railway Station, (1 mile-actual route) 24 minutes to Paddington which will be on the Crossrail route (2022- opening). Public transport to Heathrow Airport/ Stockley Park/ Hillingdon Hospital and Brunel university with road links to the M4, M25 and M40.

Situation - Robins close is situated close to a number of local amenities including Hillingdon Hospital, Brunel University and Stockley business park. There are a number of bus/road links close by creating easy access to Heathrow Airport, the M4 and M25. Uxbridge Underground station is just a short drive away along with its high street full of a multitude of shops, restaurant and bars. The property is also within close proximity to West Drayton High Street which has the added advantage a mainline station and Crossrail, when completed.
