Description
We are looking for a new housemate to move into our existing house share, with a communal living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden. All three of us are professionals just starting out in our careers, so this would be a good fit for anyone in the same position.
We are a 12-minute walk from Brunel, so the room is also ideal for Brunel students and alumni. Tesco, Aldi, Farmfoods and Lidl are all just a 15-minute walk away.
Bills are not included, though we split these equally (roughly £100 to £200 extra per month per person). We are in council tax band D (Hillingdon Council) - this bill would also be split between everyone.
The nearest stations are Uxbridge (15 min bus, 30 min walk) and West Drayton (15 min bus, 25 min walk). The 222, U3 and U5 bus routes all stop five minutes away, allowing for easy links to Uxbridge, Heathrow, Ruislip and Hayes & Harlington.
For the best interests of both us and you, please note viewings are required as part of the process. We'll then pass over the contact details of the new tenant over to our landlord for the necessary checks and to sign the appropriate paperwork. Please note that ID and right to rent checks will be carried out.
