I am bringing to market a single bedroom in a House that has close to transport links to Heathrow Airport, Tube stations/train stations and the M4/A40 motorways. The bedroom itself is a modest sized single bedroom with storage available - as seen in the picture. There is also an extra facility within the property for extra storage if required for the right lodger. ALL BILLS included - wifi also.
We are looking for a lady who speaks Punjabi as a lodger. The rent will be heavily reduced for the right lodger - if they can help with household chores such as cleaning, helping to prepare food and general duties each week. In exchange for 20 hours a week we are willing to give the room for £100 a week. The lodger needs to be able to speak Punjabi and is a homely, friendly and well mannered person.
