Myself and her daughter manage the property on her behalf and would like to find suitable people that would keep an eye on her and possibly help her with the shared bins.

This is not part of the agreement but would like to find people that are kind and would help her if she was in need.

Me and her Daughter would have use of the 3rd bedroom room when we are in London.

The property has one large shared bathroom and one downstairs toilet.
