Room for rent

I have 1 newly decorated double room to rent in my home in (Dagenham RM9).  It’s a quiet area with plenty of green areas to exercise. There are several local shops nearby and a great variety of public transportation within a short walking distance. The room is furnished with a brand new bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside cabinet. Wifi and other utilities are all included in the rent. Your cut will be £600 per month.  My new roommate will also have access to all the common areas of the home, including 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and the use of the large dinner/lounge with a flat screen TV. Ideally, I’m looking for a single professional. Someone who is looking for accommodation for at least six months.
