Very large bathroom will be shared with one other tennant.

You’ll have access to the downstairs kitchen shown in the videos as well as access to my garden.

The house is a 2 mins walk away from a large supermarket. And a quick bus ride away from another larger supermarket.

7 minutes bus journey to Dagenham East Station
12 min bus journey to Dagenham Heathway
12 mins bus to Chadwell Heath station
13-20 min bus ride to Romford Station (depending on which bus you get)

Gas, electricity, water, council tax and wifi are all included in the rent price (subject to fair use).
