Location 5 minutes walk from Dagenham Heathway district line station. address can be used. Train, bus stop, shopping mall, market are all within reach. The mentioned rent is included all utilities bills, no additional payment needed.

Two person : £ 800 all bills included.
One person : £ 600 all bills included.

Currently we are living a family (Me. my wife and a kid) here at downstairs. At upstairs , one of my brother living in a single room and another double room we want to share. Bathroom (shared) is just in front of the room at upstairs and kitchen (shared)is at downstairs .
