Looking for a professional to take over a room in an apartment located in a quiet new development in Dagenham. The 2 bed 2 bath apartment itself comes with integrated appliances, an allocated parking space and a balcony which boasts lovely views of Mayesbrook Park. There are plenty of local amenities (walking distance to a gym and Lidl) and excellent transport links (10 min bus ride away from District, Hammersmith and City lines, Overground, c2c and Elizabeth lines).

The room itself is a spacious double ensuite that comes partially furnished (built in wardrobe and chest of drawers). The rent is £810 per month, plus approx. £159 for bills (electricity, gas, water - paid quarterly, WiFi and council tax). The deposit is £905.88 (5 weeks rent) which will be registered with The “DPS” (Deposit Protection Service).

You will be sharing the apartment with a 29-year-old professional guy. He's friendly and social, but also respectful of personal space. He keeps himself fit and might be up for joining you for a gym session (though no pressure!). As he works from home occasionally, you'll likely find him in the apartment during the day sometimes, but he's also very understanding of needing quiet time to focus.
